Doula Services - Serving Long Beach, Orange County and Los Angeles, CA
When you hire me as your birth doula at Moondance Childbirth Services, I will include the following for each mother, parent or family who use my doula services:
- Free initial birth doula interview
- 1-2 prenatal visits
- 24 hour phone support availablility from the time of hire
- Assistance in writing birth plans and birth preferences
- On call for birth from 2 weeks before "due date" - I will join you at home or at the hospital/birthing place
- Caring and continuous doula support for Mom and partner during labor and birth
- Helping to create and maintain a peaceful, supportive birth environment for Mom and partner
- Utilizing labor techniques including massage, birth ball, relaxation and imagery
- Photography during labor and birth, if desired
- Attendance until placenta delivered and post partum assistance with latch and initiating breast feeding
- Postpartum follow up visit for reflection on your birth and referrals if necessary

A La Carte Services
In addition to birth doula services, a few of my services are also available "a la carte" if you do not want the whole package. My a la carte services are:
- consultation - 2 hrs birth planning, $150.00.

- post partum doula services
- private childbirth education
